We'll be offering our Havana fruitcake again in early November 2010. Our tropical rum fruitcake, which I learned to make in Cuba, is a customer favorite and full of pineapple, macadamia nuts, pecans, raisins, coconut and spices, and soaked with dark rum. Even those who say they don't like fruitcake swoon over this one. ~ $22
